FAQ’S

  • General Admission tickets will be available both in person and online! Our in person admission desk will accept both cash and card payments (no AMEX).

    Pre-purchased online tickets will have a skip the line feature - and keep your eyes out for special promos and discounts for online tickets only! Online tickets are a great option to buy for your friends and family in advance as a little gift or favour.

  • We welcome small dogs that can be carried! No leashes or pups on foot- please keep your furry friends that can't be held at home, as leashes can cause tripping hazards for attendees - we don't want our pups getting hurt, either!

  • Yes! Please bring your babies and your strollers! Strollers are welcome. We will also have a nursing lounge set up for new mamas who need a break from shopping.
